The Endo Lab delivers in France and internationally. We only ship to countries that allow the importation of seeds and natural substrate.

3 - Right of withdrawal and return of packages

Have you received your order and would like to return this order or one of the products to us? It is possible under certain conditions.
We accept the return of your order, provided that your withdrawal request is made within 14 days from the delivery date.
=> Return costs are your responsibility .

How do I return my order/my product?

  1. Declare: Please write to us at contact@lelabdelendo.com reminding us of the following information: Order number + telephone number, accompanied by your withdrawal request. From this date, you will have 14 days to return the products to us.
  2. Packages: When packaging, please add the product(s) to be returned to us as well as the number, first and last name linked to this order.
  3. Product(s): Pay particular attention not to damage the products you wish to return to us. Check that all products are in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
    Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded.
  4. The package must be returned to us at the following address:

We advise you to choose a shipment with a tracking number . In the event of delivery problems or delays, we will ask you to consult this tracking in order to inform us of the status of the delivery. Without a tracking number we will not accept any claims regarding lost packages.

The refund will be made upon receipt of your package.

4 - Delivery times and method

Orders are considered validated upon receipt of payment. Packages are generally shipped within a delay of 1 to 2 days (working days) after receipt of payment (unless otherwise stated when ordering). To this shipping time are added the carrier's delivery times which vary depending on the country of destination.

Orders are shipped by BigBlue from Monday to Friday 1 p.m., and Monday for those placed during the weekend. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

If you are absent, you will receive a delivery notice asking you to collect your package at the nearest post office or at a collection point. We therefore recommend that you choose delivery to a post office or collection point when placing your order.
