(1) Place the hot water bottle ⚠️ FLAT ⚠️ in the center of the microwave turntable.
(2) Make sure any additional microwave functions are turned off, such as the grill, and that you are at minimum Watts
(3) Attention - the powers of microwaves are all different - so you can test by heating in small phases of 15 seconds and adapt according to your microwave and the desired temperature
(4) At each 15-second test phase, take the belt out of the microwave to knead it to distribute the heat.
(5) You can heat it again in phases of 15-30 seconds maximum, the best being not to exceed 1 minute in total heating.
