3 BENEFITS FOR WOMEN

Relief of pelvic and menstrual pain: Gentle heat promotes muscle relaxation and stimulates blood circulation, reducing cramps and spasms.

Reduces inflammation: Used cold, it helps calm inflammation and swelling, particularly after treatments or intense physical effort.

Emotional relaxation and stress management: Warmth provides a comforting sensation that soothes the nervous system, helping to reduce the stress and chronic fatigue often associated with endometriosis.

USE ADVISE

Caution: hot water bottles are fragile products

Microwave heating

Check the power of your microwave

- 800W or less: Heats in 45-second phases until the desired heat is achieved.

- Over 800W: Favors shorter cycles, in 30-second phases.

🤔 When in doubt about the power of your microwave, always opt for 30-second cycles, to avoid any risk of overheating.

Never exceed 1 minute 30 in total, otherwise fabric damage may occur.

Careful with the coating: The hot water bottle is made from delicate fabric and fleece lining, materials that are sensitive to excessive heat. Overheating can damage them or lead to burns.
