Are you ready? Here we go!
Understanding endometriosis
Lack of consideration for women's health
I'm tackling a problem that goes beyond the medical sphere. Endometriosis reveals dysfunctions not only in our bodies, but also ins our society..
For nearly 3 years, I've been analyzing with you, day after day, what endometriosis reveals about our lives, our relationships, and our place in the world, as menstruating people.
My battle with endometriosis has been more than a series of physical symptoms;
it profoundly affected my development as a teenager and later as a woman.
The pain and loneliness I endured left me emotionally and physically wounded. Those years of suffering, marked by incomprehension and isolation, gave me an inner rage, a thirst to find explanations and solutions.
The 5 factors of endometriosis
Endometriosis is not only characterized by the presence of tissues, adhesions, lesions and cysts that can be found in various parts of the body, but also by a series of reactions, involving inflammation, oxidative stress, hormonal imbalance, the immune system and the intestinal microbiota.

The 9 symptoms of endometriosis
In addition to this holistic approach, at Le Lab de l'Endo we also create natural products with the most concentrated formulations on the market for your symptoms, tested and approved by thousands of women suffering from endometriosis :
Here, you're not alone. We're here to listen, share and move forward with you.
To begin with, recognizing the symptoms of endometriosis is essential to learning how to tame and relieve them!
Let's review the list of 9 symptoms:
-
Menstrual pain (Dysmenorrhea): Intense pelvic pain and cramps during menstruation, often more painful than typical menstrual cramps.
-
Chronic pelvic pain: Pain in the pelvic region that can occur at any time, not just during menstruation.
-
Pain during intercourse (Dyspareunia): Pain during or after intercourse, at the entrance to the vagina, or at the bottom (superficial or deep dyspareunia), may also extend into the abdomen
-
Lower back pain: Pain in the lower back that may become more pronounced during certain periods of the cycle.
-
Digestive disorders: Digestive symptoms such as constipation, diarrhoea, bloating, pain during bowel movements, and extreme bloating: pregnant belly often referred to as "Endobelly".
-
Urinary disorders: Urinary symptoms such as pain on urination, increased frequency or urgency.
-
Heavy periods: Requiring several changes of intimate protection during the day, blood clots...
-
Chronic fatigue: A persistent feeling of tiredness or exhaustion that is not relieved by rest.
-
Infertility or difficulty conceiving: Difficulty conceiving can be a symptom of endometriosis, although the presence of endometriosis does not necessarily mean that fertility will be affected.
These physical symptoms also have a major emotional impact.
They can be relieved, with the help of a specialist doctor, by surgical or hormonal treatments. But sometimes this is not enough to provide lasting relief.
That's why we're going to re-emphasize the importance of taking care of your physical and mental health, through the 3Ms, thanks to which I'm feeling better, with endometriosis today:
- Micro-nutrition
- Movement
- Mental (psycho-emotional...)
And because sharing and supporting each other makes all the difference, we'll pass on all the resources we've created to help you.
Together, let's turn this journey into a rewarding and mutually supportive adventure.
3M for better endometriosis symptom relief
1. Micro-nutrition & Endometriosis
Eating a diet rich in natural anti-inflammatories, essential nutrients and antioxidants can help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress.
To strengthen the immune system, and rebalance a possible dysbiosis of the intestinal microbiota / intestinal permeability, the diet must be personalized according to the identified deficiencies & the nature of the microbiota's bacteria, via functional biology analyses & accompaniment by a professional in micro-nutrition.
I have set up new eating routines for pleasure and well-being based on these 4 criteria:
- anti-inflammatories
- antioxidants
- digestible
-
pleasure!
2. Movement & Endometriosis
A body in motion is a body alive. Endometriosis causes us to lose mobility right down to our deepest tissues.
Movement helps to improve mobility, reduce pain & strengthen the body.
Studies show that activities such as yoga, stretching and pilates can have a positive impact on symptoms, notably by reducing inflammation and stress (which is inflammatory).
I apply internal & external movement to restore mobility, through these 4 daily routines:
-
Yoga: Yoga postures can be adapted to suit individual needs, ensuring a safe and comfortable practice. Regular stretching helps reduce the loss of internal mobility associated with endometriosis, which can freeze tissues & organs, via lesions, nodules and adhesions.
-
Self-massage (physiotherapy, osteopathy, etc.): These practices help relax pelvic muscles, improve tissue mobility and reduce pain. They can be performed at home or with the help of a trained professional.
-
The stomach vacuum: A breathing technique that strengthens the abdominal muscles while massaging the digestive and thoracic organs, very effective for bloating.
- Acupressure / reflexology: Stimulating specific acupressure points can relieve organs linked to endometriosis.
3. Mental (psycho-emotional) & Endometriosis
When you understand that your mind holds the key to your health, you see life completely differently. Endometriosis doesn't define you. It is, like your symptoms, like your emotions, a guest in your body, there to send you a message (a rather complex one, I grant you) about what's going on inside you, and which you need to know in order to act accordingly.
Together, I'll help you explore how Neuroscience, through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques and proven mental strategies, can help you soothe your emotional and physical symptoms.
